Please be advised of our holiday schedule and service arrangements for the upcoming Spring Festival:

1. Holiday Closure

Our office will be closed from Saturday, February 14, 2026 to Monday, February 24, 2026 (11 days) for the Spring Festival holiday.

2. Resumption of Operations

Normal business, including sales inquiries and after-sales service, will resume on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

3. Important Reminders & Support

Plan ahead

To avoid disruptions, we recommend placing orders, scheduling logistics, and conducting pre-holiday inspections of your water treatment systems in advance. For any urgent matters, please contact your account representative before 5:00 PM on Friday, February 13, 2026.

Emergency support

Our team will remain reachable for emergency technical assistance during the holiday. If you experience critical equipment failure, please call our 24-hour hotline: 400-666-1418.
